The Community Facilitator Programme

A unique opportunity for people living with addiction and mental health issues.

The Seventy4 Foundation Charity is offering a fully funded project to people who would like to receive FREE support and training to move on with their lives and work in the community.

The Project:
To socially reintegrate people living with addiction and mental health issue (dual diagnosis) and empower them to outreach to others furthest away from inclusion. By becoming Community Facilitators, clients will learn to voice their own positive journeys and raise awareness of dual diagnosis issues, challenging prejudice within the community.

The learning programme offers:
Employability Skills
Confidence and Assertiveness Training
Interpersonal Skills Qualifications
Community Integration Support

Support Includes:-
Regular group and individual sessions with peers and professional facilitators.

The course is funded by the National Lottery through the Big Lottery Fund and starts with an introduction to the project at 11am on the 15th May 2013 at 18 Dartmouth Street where you can come and find out if this opportunity would be of benefit to your clients.
